Stallion rankings built around age-matched progeny outcomes.

Compare age-three racing transmission, mare-book-adjusted lift, auction demand, crop direction and evidence strength. Open any stallion for leading progeny and statistically shrunken broodmare-sire nicks.

— evaluated sires— age-three records2026 data edition
Rebuilt data foundationEvery racing comparison now uses a completed age-three outcome window from defined Keeneland and Fasig-Tipton cohorts. Black type requires dated, explicitly labeled source evidence. Sires need at least 25 observed offspring for the overall table; 10–24 appear only under Emerging.

What the scores measure

Racing transmission

Age-three progeny speed, earnings, starts, wins and rigorously classified black-type evidence, expressed as a percentile. Individual outcomes are compared with the expected performance of their broodmare-sire book.

Commercial strength

Recent sold medians, upper-tail prices, clearance and market direction across the canonical auction warehouse. It is kept separate from racing ability.

Nicks

Each sire × broodmare-sire cross is compared with both sire and broodmare-sire expectations. Small groups are heavily shrunk; profiles expose sample size and results.

Confidence and coverage

Evidence volume, auction results and the share of eligible cohort horses with confirmed outcomes. Limited samples stay closer to neutral and do not enter the established overall table.
